Both a Chartered Surveyor [Project Management] and Builder with a Masters from Cranfield Institute of Technology, Chris has over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry. Drawing on a project management background Chris utilises specialist knowledge and extensive experience acquired over a range of high profile commercial and industrial projects, with values in excess of £4b.
Chris is a decisive self-starter who has led a number of large consultancy businesses both home grown and international, being commercially astute, dynamic, and adaptable, confronting challenges and seeking solutions.
Gemma is an award winning international Interior designer with strong conceptual design skills, experience across a range of high profile and prestige projects, with experience of work in different cultures and countries.
Gemma is the operations Director for ORSA responsible for the day to day mechanics of the business, ensuring key deliverables, making sure we look after our clients and honour our promises.
Steve is the founder of Steve Edge Design, a leading branding agency with a reputation for truly creative solutions across a range of sectors and disciplines.
Over the past 30 years, Steve’s passion for telling inspirational stories has led him to work with a variety of clients, from Christian Dior, Cartier, Fortnum & Mason and Purdey Guns to a range of restaurants such as Locanda Locatelli and Cecconi’s as well as large- scale property developers.
Adrian trained as a Chartered Surveyor and Financial Analyst. He was the youngest ever equity partner of Jones Lang Wooton, and founded JLW Financial Services. After leaving he was the co-founder and former Chief Executive of Quintain Estates & Development PLC. He is currently Chief Executive of Housing4All LLP.
Adrian was awarded the OBE for services to property in 1991.
Dr. Barbara Marino
Francis J Kenny
Barbara is a world class health and safety professional with a PhD from the Polytechnic of Milan and 20 years practical experience.
She was formerly the Head of the H&S Consulting and Compliance teams at AECOM, and prior to that ARUP. She now leads ORSA’s special projects teams focusing on major projects, having worked on projects such as Wembley Stadium, London 2012 Olympics and Battersea Power Station.
A technical expert who specialises in corporate governance and compliance, with expert witness skills. Joining ORSA’s Board, she is commercially astute, dynamic and adaptable, with a keen eye for common sense and practicality.
Barbara is a motivator and loyal team player, not frightened of a challenge and wanting to help clients and designers realise their objectives and aspirations.
Jay is an energetic and confident person who very much enjoys the hands-on approach to working. He is a very conscientious and focused individual who strategically delivers projects to the highest of standards.
Jay has many years of experience and has worked on a variety of projects ranging in size as both a CDM coordinator and PD advisor. He is able to organise and communicate effectively with both clients and team members equally.
Frank is a senior health and safety manager with over 24 years in health and safety, having been the former Head of H&S for Gatwick Airport and the former Group Head of Quality, Safety, Health & Environment Intu Properties Group plc. Frank is also a Lead Assessor for OHSAS 18001, 14001 and ISO 9001.
He is dynamic, resourceful and logical when it comes to his work as he has worked both nationally and internationally.
Eddie is a Health and Safety professional with over 31 years’ experience in the industry. He is part of our site inspections team and has experience in a multitude of sectors such as construction, marine and civil engineering. He has experience in carrying out audits, site inspections and quality inspections, as well as managing very large projects all across London, and the South.
Eddie is a hardworking and logical member of the team. His wide knowledge base is helpful to both the team and clients, as he carries out his work to the highest standard.

Active within the high-level access specific sector of the construction industry since 2004, Ian has built on a solid trade background to progress to project management and work at height training.
Drawing on a broad experience including trade work, site supervision, project management and training. Ian has gained wide experience and knowledge across all aspects of the access industry acquired over a range of projects both large and small.
Ian is a passionate motivated individual who takes pride in all areas of his work, he fits well into any team or project offering proactive advice, assistance and realistic solutions where needed.
Ebi has delivered numerous high-profile developments throughout his career with a combined eight years’ experience within the architectural construction industry and Health & Safety industry including high end and housing association, residential developments, medium refurbishments and iconic buildings. Previous architectural experience includes private residential projects for high-end clientele, redesign of several concept stores of a large multinational retail group and property portfolio for established banking and software company.
A highly experienced fire safety professional with 30 years’ experience as a fire safety officer in UK local authority fire services.
Specialised in fire safety since 1999 developing and delivering the highest standard of fire safety training for The Fire Service College & Fire Protection Association.
Completed three secondments as a senior instructor in fire safety at the UK Fire Service College between 1999 & 2010.
An associate tutor for The Fire Service College, The Fire Protection Association and The Chartered Institute of Environmental Health continuing to develop and deliver the highest standard of fire safety training.
Advises clients on a wide variety of fire safety projects, new build consultations, risk assessments and reviews for a diverse range of buildings.
A technical consultant for The Fire Protection Association carrying out fire risk assessments and fire safety related projects on their behalf.
An expert advisor to Fire Safe Europe and a registered fire risk assessor with the Institution of Fire Engineers.
James is a health and safety specialist with extensive experience across both construction and conventional health and safety management. James studied Civil Engineering at Leeds University and this technical background has held him in good stead over his 15 years career within the construction and health & safety industries.
Throughout his career, James has worked on projects across all industries and sectors and has worked on everything from small refurbishment schemes up to multi-billion-pound developments.
James is a motivated, confident and strong communicator who has influenced policy at a senior management level across a number of organisations that he has worked for and with.
