We reflect on the incredible journey that began in 2014 when Dr. Christian Bucknall founded ORSA to meet the growing demand for specialised design and compliance consultancy within the built environment across the UK and Europe.
With a Master's from Cranfield Institute of Technology and over 25 years of experience, Christian has guided ORSA with expertise as both a Chartered Surveyor and Builder. His extensive knowledge, built from high-profile commercial and industrial projects valued at over £4 billion, has been pivotal in shaping our approach. Known for his decisive leadership, Christian believes that every challenge presents an opportunity, a philosophy that has driven our success over the past decade.
The past ten years have seen ORSA grow from a modest £350,000 in our inaugural year to nearly £7 million today. This remarkable growth is a testament to our unwavering commitment to ethical practice and integrity, rooted in our core belief of doing the right thing, no matter how challenging.
Our holistic approach ensures that construction and building safety are not just obligations but core values, transforming how projects are managed and executed.
