Design and construction of a new 12-storey, 226-bedroom citizenM Hotel together with all associated external works, drainage and services. The hotel neighbours the Westminster Cathedral conservation area and is situated near Victoria Station, Tate Britain, Apollo Victoria Theatre and Buckingham Palace. The hotel was fully modular and all bedroom modules were constructed off-site at a factory in Poland.
