The project involves the demolition of the Museum of London and Bastion House Buildings and subsequent development of a mixed-use scheme comprising of three new buildings, New Bastion House, the Rotunda Building and the North Commercial Building. The Grade II listed Ironmongers Hall is to be retained.

The scheme will deliver approximately c.56,000sqm of high-quality office space, a wealth of new landscaped, open and accessible areas, café and restaurant space.
