The project involves the partial demolition of and 8-storey building with 7,200 sqm of working spaces designed and thought for the occupants’ comfort and well-being. The redevelopment preserves 72% of the existing structure.

A high-performance, planted facade saves energy while respecting its historical context. A permeable ground floor will support activity throughout the day and early evening and is on track to achieve BREEAM Excellent Certification.
