Design and build the new 148 bedrooms, conference space, ancillary facilities, restaurant and bar, Nobu Hotel Shoreditch. The project involved demolishing the existing building and constructing a new concrete framed building with double basement, restaurant and bar, gym and spa and additional works to add 1 storey of hotel rooms, suites, dining areas and open terraces to replace existing plant rooms.
