The project consisted of the refurbishment and redevelopment of 33 Portland Place into a high end single dwelling. Built by Robert Adam in 1775 the Grade II* listed mid-terrace house is one of the finest examples of the 18th century retaining many of its original features. The 24-bedroom Marylebone home, was formerly the Sierra Leonean high commission, former residence of Lord Davenport and used as backdrop for the film The King’s Speech.
