The construction of a 36-storey, approved by The City of London Corporation, is a sustainable office building at 60 Gracechurch Street.

Developed by Obayashi, the project minimises carbon emissions through innovative construction methods, avoiding basement excavation, and utilising 100% electric power. The design features over 37,000 sqm of Grade A office space, complemented by public amenities such as widened pavements, a public roof garden with panoramic views, and an accessible 'Sanctuary' space at level 35.

The development also includes educational public spaces focused on climate change awareness. This project exemplifies sustainable construction and strategic urban development, supporting London's continued investment and growth in the City.
