Construction of a next-generation build-to-rent neighbourhood in Leith, Edinburgh, delivering 373 homes, including family and affordable housing, across four apartment blocks and providing 1.3 acres of new public realm space.

Its delivery will follow a detailed ESG strategy that includes the creation of £2m worth of socio-economic benefits, including 60 local jobs, and a 55% reduction in operational carbon emissions, making Dockside, once completed, one of Scotland’s most sustainable residential developments.
